  Went in for door dash and several people looked at me bit didn't say anything word. After about 5 minutes I finally said in a loud voice that I was waiting on a door dash order. That's when a guy said he had it ready. Then he said it needed something else and they kept it for another minute before I walked out. The manager was helping make burgers and just smiled. I will never spend my money here. Lousy management produces lousy employees.

  Said lobby was closed by employees when it opens at 7am. Turned 3 paying customers down and made them leave. The customers were bus drivers and truck drivers, their vehicles would not fit through drive through. Ignored us completely.

  I swear this is the absolute WORST McDonald's in Lexington. Every single time I try to come here for a Frappé they don't have it. I keep trying to come here but every time I do, they never have anything I order. Absolute trash. Would not recommend.

  We waited 10 minutes for small fries and someone got coffee thrown on them and our fries tasted spoiled milk and rotten cheese

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked him for the bt21 meal and he said it was there. I ordered for it but instead of giving me what I wanted he gave me the dang fifa meal. Bt21 does not sound like fifa in any way shape or form and I take pride in my English. I don't know who I am supposed to be mad at but I think it was the person who took my order that my rage is supposed to be directed to. Never go there unless you want the wrong order and a very unhappy day. I hope he sees me and bts in his dreams, may he feel my pain and sorrow. Screw that McDonald's and next time I'm never going to go there again may that McDonald's crumble. I was so excited for it and I saw it, it was right there in front of my face. I wanted to get koya and instead I got Ronaldinho, Son( who the heck is that), and Pepsi cola aka pulisic. I don't even like fifa, I watched like 4 games and called it a day if there was a gun to my head and you said name 10 soccer players I would say pull the trigger. Last time I checked idiot, dumb, or fool was not written on my head so I don't know what didn't click in his head. I wasted 48 bucks on a danm meal that i didn't even want. Screw that employee, screw that meal, and screw that McDonald's. BTS for life
