So many people, and no one is moving... I spent 30 minutes waiting for one order.

I went to order my food and was met with two employees that were fighting, and I had to wait for another employee to order my drink. My drink order got messed up. I enjoyed the entertainment, but did not enjoy the disturbance.

What can I say about this? McDonald’s? The food was good but the service was phenomenal. Miss Vanessa took my order through the drive-through. She heard. I was having a bad day and went above and beyond to try and make my day better.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The employee taking my order at the counter was rude, loud, and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. She kept acting like she couldn't hear me and made me repeat my order multiple times, all while being visibly agitated and short with me. When I calmly asked her to relax, she told me "goodbye" and ended the interaction instead of addressing the issue. I felt talked down to and disrespected the whole time. This kind of treatment shouldn't happen to any customer. Management needs to address staff conduct at this location.
