  I ordered two Spicy Snack Wraps and asked for them to be mild, but they were still extremely spicy. The chicken inside was very dry and overcooked. I also paid an extra $0.49 for tomatoes, and all I received were two tiny cherry tomato pieces. Very disappointing for the extra charge. I expected much better quality.

  Everytime I come to this McDonald's they make you wait 10 minutes at the speaker waiting to order.

  They won’t event clean up the mess at the door and they looked at me waiting in the front and turn right back around acting like they are working 0/10 experience.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely frustrating experience. Google shows this McDonald’s drive-thru as being open until 12:00 AM, and the McDonald’s app allowed me to place and pay for a mobile order without any issues. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru around 10:56 PM, I was told they were closed and would not fulfill my order. I drove to the window and spoke with someone who identified herself as a manager but refused to provide her name. She acknowledged that she didn’t know why the hours on Google haven’t been corrected or why customers are still allowed to place orders through the app when the restaurant is supposedly closed. She also informed me that I would not receive a refund until the following day. To make matters worse, I had used one of the app deals on my order. Since those deals can only be used once per hour, I wasn’t able to use it again when I drove to another McDonald’s down the road to purchase food there instead. What makes this even more confusing is that this conversation occurred before 11:00 PM. If the store closes at 11:00 PM, why was I being turned away at 10:56 PM? This incident occurred on 6/7. Customers shouldn’t be allowed to place and pay for orders if the restaurant isn’t going to honor them. Poor communication, inaccurate hours, wasted time, and money tied up waiting on a refund. Very disappointing experience.
