Finally got to order and it was confusing because two people came over the speaker what really made it bad was pulling up to the window and the girl who took my card was so freaking high!! Her pupils were massive, she looked so out of it. I got a oatmeal and it was cold the only thing I asked for was a couple butters with it and I didn't get that either. I will never be back to this store. Unbelievable...

I said ‘Okay’ and then was told ‘Actually we’re not taking any more orders because we’re closing down to start the breakfast menu.’ Why be listed as 24/7 if the restaurant is going to refuse orders at certain times of the day? And to me, it sounded like someone on the shift just didn’t want to take orders while flipping for the next menu. I should have asked for a manager, but was so taken aback that I didn’t think about it until afterwards.
