  Pulled up to the drive thru with my mobile order and the store had all the lights off and said they aren't taking anymore orders. I told them it was a mobile order and I already paid for it. They told me to cancel it that they cleaned all the machines and wont make anything. This is the worst experience ive delt with and now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund because they was to lazy to make a coffee..

  This is probably the worst McDonald's in the area. The line was ridiculously slow moving. We ordered my son a double hamburger with ONLY mustard and ketchup. They gave us a double hamburger WITH CHEESE, onions, and ketchup. We ordered 2 m&m mcflurries, paid for them, and then was told (with a big smile) at the pick up window that the ice cream machine was down. While waiting for a manager to come refund the mcflurries, we watched them prepare a milk shake. 😐 The manager acted confused as to what he was supposed to be refunding which leads me to believe they were being dishonest. We'll skip this McDonald's location in the future.

  One of the worst McDonald's around. Every encounter is as if the people there are loose in a zoo and have NO IDEA what's going on, what order is up next, or how to make the food correctly. Absolutey BIZARRE behavior that Ive never seen anywhere. I have been to this McDonald's for 10 years and its never been this bad. The people working there are completely lost all the time. Every time we pull up the window, they have to ask us what our order was and scramble like crazy and still give the wrong food. Every time. What is going on? What kind of people are you all hiring? Corporate should be contacted at this point.

  I’m not a Karen but I am today. I’ve came through this McDonalds 3 times each time the employees are also rude. The foods always been messed up when you tell them they get even more rude. I’ve worked from McDonald’s before I had a total seven or eight years so I understand that it’s hard and customers can be rude. At this point, I feel like they messed up on purpose 🙄

  Just when to this location, waited a whole 40 minutes for a $5 mcdouble meal deal. they gave me my burger wrong and took them 10 extra minutes to get my burger which still came back wrong and they also forgot my nuggets that come with the meal deal and they came back all squishy and soggy and not appetizing to eat at all. My drink came back not tasting how it was supposed to be. Threw my whole order away due to how poor and how much it got messed up. them kids running the store tonight had an attitude as well throwing customers bags with food in them at the drive thru window, and just couldn’t get orders right. Horrible customer service, horrible food and never coming back to this location again. Wasted my time and money.
