  I went through the drive-thru and ordered a diet Coke, paid for it, picked it up and as I drove away I'm putting a straw in, and once I get out on the road away from this McDonald's I find out that it is a regular Coke. Not happy.

  What does not salt mean to you? To me it means exactly that ..... NO SALT! After a long road trip I stopped at this location. Aweful. Cold hard fries with the most salt i think I've ever had on fries. Thanks a lot...

  First time visiting this McDonald's location. Breakfast was hot and fresh, workers were friendly. Will be back.

  I don’t think I could recommend this McDonald’s any less. The first time that my daughter asked for a happy meal. I went through the drive thru and realized when I got back to the Lex skating rink that there were zero chicken nuggets in the box. Okay, I guess that’s on me for not checking before I left. The next time she asked for a happy meal, I had forgotten (or blocked out?) my previous experience. Went through the drive-through and was handed a bag and I assumed that for $15/hour, all was right with the order. Nope! We got onto the interstate and it was only then that I found out that there were again zero chicken nuggets in the happy meal. There’s no way that two out of two times this happened, right? Wrong. There is. I called and they said we can’t do anything unless you come back here. Cool. At this point, I have written off McDonald’s altogether. My daughter said oh please oh please can I have a happy meal and, against my better judgment, we went through the drive-thru. I got to the window and the kid passed me a bag that definitely could not fit a happy meal. The bag held a lukewarm medium fry that I didn’t order and a single straw. I said sorry, this isn’t my order and that I was waiting on a six count happy meal and a handful of ketchup packets please. He closed the window and came back with a happy meal. I started to leave and then remembered my past experiences. Much to my surprise, I was missing stuff! No extra fries, zero ketchup packets. WE HAD JUST TALKED ABOUT THEM. Come on man. This place take expectations and lights them on fire (not that they were high to begin with) so, I guess, consumer beware.

  It has been multiple times me and my husband order drive through here and it has been some small mistakes with our order the last couple of times but today I have had enough of this place! They can’t get your order right ever. I ordered a QP deluxe and a 4 piece nugget and my husband got 6 piece nugget. We ended up with a original QP and both of us got 4 pieces of nugget. This Mcdonals is the worst I have ever experienced, the lack of making their order right is impossible for this one. I would not recommend this place for 5 cents when it comes to drive through.
