  I just left this location and had a pretty frustrating experience. First, the employee taking our order misunderstood us, so the order on the screen was wrong. When I tried to correct it, she asked us to wait, and we sat there for a few minutes before she came back to fix it. After paying and receiving our food, we realized we were missing two burgers. When I told the employee, he asked for the entire bag back instead of just giving us the missing items separately. We then waited another 5–8 minutes. A different employee eventually came over and asked us to pull forward because they were “making nuggets,” but the nuggets had already been in the bag when it was first handed to us, which was confusing. After pulling forward, we waited about 10 more minutes before getting our food. When they finally brought it out, I checked and noticed we were missing sauce for the nuggets. I mentioned it, and the employee said she’d be right back, but after another 5 minutes of waiting, we decided to just leave without it. Overall, the experience was slow, disorganized, and frustrating.

  Waited almost 20 minutes for a curbside order, tried to call in to the store to inquire about my order and they refused to answer. Walked in still on the phone and all ot was doing is ringing. Worse experience ever.

  Worst McDonald's i have ever been to. They're rude, order wasn't right, when trying to get the order straightened up no one would come out of the back to fix it. I definitely won't be back.
