  They do a lot.I mean, a lot of to go orders, but they are slower than molasses in January.They make molasses in January.Look fast every time all the time

  Today I went through a McDonald’s drive-through to order some food for my family. The gentleman that took the order was friendly and got the order correct however, after that, I had a horrible service. Once I got to the window to get my food, they pulled me forward. When I asked about how long it would take the lady at the window, rolled her eyes and said I don’t know. So I asked, could you ask and then she yelled behind her, which then told me about three minutes. As I was waiting at the next window for my food a gentleman come up and try to hand me something that wasn’t mine. So I said that that’s not my order and he asked me what my order was as I was giving him my order again. He walked away while I was in mid sentence. Then came back with my food, so I said can you give me a minute to make sure it’s correct he said yes. But then walked away. I was always looking through the bags. When He came back. I asked to talk to a manager. He stated that he was the manager. So I told him that it was kind of rude to walk away when someone is in mid sentence when you asked me a question that I was answering. While I was saying this, he interrupted me and told me he was very busy. I said, but that is very rude to do to a customer if you’re gonna ask a question and then he interrupted me again. And I said sir again you’re still interrupting me while I’m talking. He was hanging halfway out the window yelling. The two kids I had in the back car thought he was gonna come out of the window on me. So I said I will call the corporate office and file a complete. Which then he yells out the window call them I don’t care. I will not be going to this McDonald’s again.

  The foods fine, my issues is getting home and my order is wrong. I didn’t think I needed to check the bag for a 5 item order, this has been multiple times unfortunately.

  Me and my friends waited in the drive thru for an hour, if my friend hadn't put in a mobile order we would've left, once we got to the window the lady was intoxicated slurring her speech and made my friend tell her the mobile order that worker lost multiple times, every time she spoke her words were very slurred. We waited an extra 20 minutes for our food. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for food that had a weird dirty aftertaste. The only good experience was the nice lady with brown hair that gave us our order.

  Waited for like an hour for a happy meal and a chicken sandwich, lady at the window seemed intoxicated, had to pull up because they didn't have my online order and had to repeat my order and order number multiple times.
