  I took my three granddaughters to the Russell Cave Rd location in Lexington, KY to pick up 3 large fries and a fillet of fish. We went through the drive thru and was told to pull forward and wait for the fries to be made. That was fine as we were getting fresh fries. In the mean time, two more cars lined up behind us. 20 minutes later and a staff member comes out to give food to the people behind us! Then I asked her about our order and she said those cars weren't getting fries, ma'am. Then a few more minutes later she comes out with our order. Almost 25 minutes and rude. The next day I take the kids back, go in to get the same order And only get One fry! Didn't notice until I had already gotten home.

  I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a chicken sandwich (the one with the actual chicken filet), but instead I was given a McChicken. When I tried to explain the mistake, the employee insisted that I had ordered three McChickens, which is not true. Instead of fixing the issue, the employee tried to explain things in a very unprofessional way and was actually yelling at me. That made the situation even worse. When the manager got involved, it didn’t help at all—if anything, the situation was handled just as poorly. I was told I had to go back around and reorder, even though the mistake was on their end, which made no sense. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service at this location, and it’s becoming a pattern. They really need to fix the way things are handled at this branch, especially when it comes to customer service and communication. Very disappointing experience.
