  If I could give half a star or no stars I would. The service I just received was TERRIBLE!!! I ordered the mcdouble meal deal & chocolate chip cookies (the guy on the speaker started whispering then lied about not having any I overheard the whole conversation) . . Fast forward I pay for my food then get to the next window & was told by the next guy they was preparing my food fresh so it would take a few minutes (2nd lie). As the guy was handing me food he said your McDouble is in a cheeseburger wrapper, but it’s a McDouble(third lie). Due to me being tired from working I didn’t check it, but I should’ve. Smh I get home NO chicken nuggets but BBQ sauce, fries old & cold, an up charge on a Sprite (that I didn’t ask for a different size), & last but not least a CHEESEBURGER instead of a McDouble. I will NOT be back. The night shift there is usually the best, but this young crew you got blasting music & dancing in the drive thru window is lazy, terrible, & unprofessional.

  I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with this many incompetent workers. I watched two old people walk out because they refused to take their order on the register, I waited 12 minutes for two pumpkin pies Only to be given apple and told they did not have pumpkin pies. The woman who gave me a refund with the eyebrow ring is rude. Nasty workers, Nasty attitudes, Nasty location.

  The worst in the area for service. They have the rudest people working the windows (at least one anyways). When you calmly inform them something is missing (because they only half listened when you reminded them what your order was) they give you back talk. Won’t be returning to this location regardless of convenience.

  They deserve 0 starts. I went to get a happy meal, I went to the window to pay and the lady charged me $33.85 for 1 HAPPY MEAL! 1!!!! Insane. They need to do better. I waited 15 minutes for them to just tap my phone for my “refund” I asked for a receipt just in case I don’t receive anything. The girl still gave me an attitude. Not my fault she can’t do her job right. Makes me so mad.

  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to my entire life. They never have what you need or what you order they always mess your order up. The frappe machine is always broken. Ice cream machine is always broken. The fries are always cold. You always have to pull to the second window. It’s ridiculous if they can’t get it together they need to close the damn restaurant are hire better managers or something. I’ve been to a lot of bad McDonald’s, but this One takes the cake I get so sick and tired of fighting with them and having to get a refund every time I do a mobile order because they can’t get their shit together. They are always rude I want to say you’re lying when I have proof on my mobile app what what I’ve ordered.
