  If you, regardless of the time of the day, don't mind to sit over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for something as simple as a drink, then go for it. Otherwise, I would not recommend this location. Although we have lived only a fourth of a mile away for the past 8 years, we will drive by this location to go to ANY other location more often than not. But when we're feeling optimistic and that certainly they couldn't screw our order up THAT bad, or we won't have to wait THAT long, boy do they prove you wrong. My humble request, please to the owner of this McDonald's PLEASE sell the business. You're obviously not that into it

  Unsure how this location is even still open. Came before 11 , had a mobile order in, waited in line and was informed breakfast was over. Meanwhile they have held the line until 11 just to do this. Have came on multiple occasions and watched them do this with less than five cars in the line.

  Since I live in the neighborhood DIRECTLY across the street this has been a location that has received countless dollars from me (my son is autistic and the nuggets are his comfort food) we’ve had negative experiences before but I’m not one to complain and I get it things happen, mistakes happen. But today was just insanity to be honest. I ordered my break fast on line via the app at around 10:15 this morning and got in the car to get it. We the light and what not I pulled up at 10:28. I tell them my code for the my order and was told to pull around with immediately “oh sorry it’s 10:30 we can do breakfast now” I check my phone and it’s turned to 10:30 has I checked the time. I tell them “ wait I ordered this online 15 minutes ago” it was received with “ yeah well you’ll be refunded through the app” That’s was it. No other solutions. Nothing in the app says maybe you should order before at certain time because they simply make them at all at 10:30. For such a big cooperation this is NUTS. I could understand if I pulled up crazy late after 10:30. But the fact that I order ahead is crazy. It’s just now seems even pointless to try to order ahead. So long story short if your gonna on line ahead of time just know it’s ahead of time and this place is just full of it. GET IT TOGETHER

  Wait times are long for a fast food restaurant. And if youre going to rely on self-order kiosks, at least maintain them. One wouldn't work, the next wouldn't accept payment at the kiosk and said to take receipt to counter and then didnt print a receipt. And dead bugs in the window sills. Sweet.

  If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The staff is clueless, untrained and couldn’t care less about the customer. I literally have been here multiple times, hoping the experience would be better but it’s an always a mess of young kids who have no clue what they’re doing. Food feels like it’s set for hours and they are just shoving orders into bags. Please don’t waste another second of your time here… drive a little further to another McDonald’s, thes place will only piss you off
