  Just a big thank you for some of the best BBQ I ever had. I'm from Columbus Ohio and was there for a business trip. I looked online and googled what is the best food near me and your name came up with a 5.0 rating. I was like common it can't be that good. boy was I wrong. Not only was the food mind blowing the staff and service was also top notched. I will definitely spread the word on this little gem of an establishment. P.S. also thank you for the recommendation of the banana pudding it capped off the meal perfectly!

  Extremely good smoked turkey and great hard working staff. Unfortunately they were sold out of almost everything but can't fault them for being busy on a holiday weekend. Did their best to service everyone that came in despite the shortage. I'll be coming back to get more for sure.

  I don't leave many reviews, BUT this place is AMAZING! Staff was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The brisket and Mac and Cheese were fantastic!!! I've lived in Kansas City (known for their bbq) and LX BBQ's brisket tops it, which I didn't think was possible! I didn't even need the sauce... (I did try it, and it was very good too). Mac and cheese was probably the best I've had in my life. I feel like this review is getting on the dramatic side, but it was just so good! Seriously, stop here and try it for yourself!!

  Hello fellow foodies. Yes, this is worth the out of the way drive. Simple brisket with your choice of cut on the board. All the trimming like the Deep South expects. Yes this place is tiny and in a environment of revitalization. Bring your business lunch to the aroma of barbecue and roll up those sleeves.

  The brisket is the best in Lexington, hands down! You get plastic utensils with your meal but the brisket is so tender, the knife is not even needed. Tender, juicy, and a bark to die for. Sides of coleslaw and Mac n cheese were also delicious. You can't leave without trying the banana pudding. If you're a brisket fan, get there now! Go! What are you waiting for!!
