She needs to stay in the kitchen where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. You would think a grown woman could control her face or temper a little better. Even the guy I was with thought it was awkward. Immediately ruined the experience.

The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the seasoning had a really good balance of flavor and heat. The spice definitely had a kick, but it didn’t overpower the actual flavor of the chicken. That’s what I really enjoyed about it — you could taste the seasoning and the chicken while still getting that satisfying heat. The portion was good, the food came out fresh, and everything tasted like it had been prepared properly. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, which makes it a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was exactly what I was hoping for from a hot chicken restaurant. If you’re a fan of spicy fried chicken, I definitely recommend giving Joella’s a try. The spicy hot chicken was the highlight for me, and it’s something I would order again. 🔥🍗
