- MSMichael SaldanaSep 30, 20261.0I order from this Jimmy John’s super frequent because my workplace is 2min away. Every time I order on Tuesday no idea who works there but my sandwich is wrong. All the time. I even make it clear in the message for them to not mess it up yet somehow they do. Not sure if it’s laziness or just lack of effort or simply not caring. It’s annoying because I order at times a little John because I’m not hungry but on Tuesday’s when I order a normal sandwich with everything extra I receive the tiniest sandwich known to man kind. It’s not even an exaggeration. I at times confuse my own self and think I ordered the incorrect thing. No hate the the name Jimmy John’s because you are delicious but whomever is working that Tuesday needs a retrain please.

I live 1.5 miles away and it consistently takes 1-2 hours to receive an order of a single sandwich. Food arrives warm or not at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

She was an absolute delight and I literally left with a smile on my face. She talked to me like a person, even a friend, and not a number in the line. Most interactions at a drive-thru are not memorable, but she was certainly memorable to me. (Sorry I don’t have a name for a shout out)
