  The staff member had an attitude because I didnt tip for a soda i bought. All you did was hand me a cup and ring it in the computer. If I ordered food.id understand but a soda??? This tipping thing is getting out of hand

  I drive a semi truck and was delivering to the Walmart next to this Jimmy John’s and wasn’t able to make a wide turn to be able to back into the Walmart docks. I called the store and a employee walked out don’t know if it was the manager or not but he immediately starts getting angry at me for asking to move his pickup truck just a few feet forward

  I really love the food there
