  Ordered for my coworkers and I, called the store 30 minutes later to check on status of order since the delivery time kept getting later and they stated they were currently working on my order. An hour and 10 minutes passed and I call again and they stated they “ran out of bread and would be canceling my order”. 2 hours later their third party delivery driver stated they must mark my order as delivered even though the order was canceled. Never received a refund on my $60 order. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my bank.

  Kelly was rude to me when I complained about this salad. She said I can take that salad and eat it Instead of making it right she left the issue for the night shift manager( Mya)to deal with. And Mya went above and beyond to make it right. But moving forward I will order Jersey Mikes instead as I should have today

  Bad service - Walked in to place my order, 2 female workers were sitting in a booth playing uno. Looking at me like I didn’t just want a sandwich…The guy working the computer made sure to take one more big bite of his food sitting in the prep area before taking my order. Whole transaction was done with finger points and a thumbs up. I could see the mayo leaking from the corners of his lips. Sandwich was good though.

  Freaky fast? Nope. Placed an online order at 12:27pm. Still waiting at 1:16pm. They had not even looked at the online orders. EASILY the worst location I’ve ever been to. Never again.
