  Tai at the drive through was so nice. He said yes ma’am probably 10 times. He was very fast and very kind 10/10 stars.

  I waited 30 minutes for a single sandwich. I could have gone to a Subway, filled out an application, put on a visor, and made myself a better tasting sandwich in the time it took them to make a single #4 with no modifications. I never thought I'd see the day that Jimmy John's was slower than Subway - a chain that is primarily located in gas stations and graveyards. Not having to wait for a depressed Subway employee to peel off each piece of cheese in slow motion was the main draw of Jimmy John's. Now even that is too much to ask for. I will never be back.
