The food was amazing, and the service was EXCELLENT! What an exceptional crew of people working here today! The Spicy Fig cream cheese was so tasy!
Loved this place! The bagels were delicious, the coffee was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. I even stayed for a while to work remotely, and it was a comfortable and relaxing place to get things done. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Lexington.
We had a terrible experience here this weekend. When we walked in there were a few people ahead of us in line. No biggie. We ordered two iced lattes and the wait was over 45 minutes. Also, the flavor was seriously lacking and almost non existent. We would have appreciated a heads up from the staff on how long the wait would be because we would have liked the option to go somewhere else.

We ordered dirty chai, a toasted everything bagel with French onion cream cheese and the charcuterie stack sandwich on an everything bagel with spicy fig cream cheese.
Listen, when I tell I was shocked that the French onion cream cheese was just plain cream cheese with FRENCH’S FRIED ONIONS on top of it (like the ones on green bean casserole) I am not exaggerating. That is actually diabolical. I imagined maybe a carmalized onion situation. Not in my wildest dreams did I expect French’s fried onions on top of plain cream cheese on a bagel.
Also the charcuterie stack sandwich was mid but edible and the dirty chai lacked flavor and was watery. I will say that the spicy fig cream cheese was actually good. I’m guessing this restaurant doesn’t have a kitchen, since all of their ingredients are seem to be premade somewhere else.
Other than the food, the staff was friendly and helpful. Their ordering system was very odd. Customers stood in line in front of the counter to order, and then once you order you are given a pager. When the pager buzzes, you grab your food order by cutting through the line of people waiting to order. Not a great system or experience for the customer and many chances for folks to accidentally grab the wrong food. Also, this place was pretty expensive for what it was.
Slow - waited 46 mins for 2 bagels. They were sliced, toasted, and smeared. That’s all. I have made bagels at home from scratch in less time then it takes them to toast a bagel and put some spread on it. They charge NYC prices but don’t deliver the goods on a NYC pace. Wasted over an hour of our time here. Quite literally the slowest service I have received in 20 years. When I got the bagel there was the smallest amount of smear I have ever seen on a bagel. Maybe an ounce? See pic
