  I previously lived in Utah and I had a customer where I worked introduce me to Graeter's ice cream. She was from Cincinnati. Moved to Kentucky and found they had Graeter's ice cream in Lexington at some grocery stores and they also have I think three ice cream shops. Once we found this out we've eaten it three different times and let me tell you, it is so good. Likely some of the best ice cream we've ever eaten. Flavors are plentiful, and oh so creamy! You can't go wrong with this stuff!

  The ice cream is great, previous visits the girls were friendly but this visit was disappointing. I waited nearly five minutes while the customers in front of me held up the line waiting for their order. An employee came over, confirmed they had already been helped, and told them to move down towards the register. That made me the next customer in line, but instead of simply asking who was next, she started taking the order of the couple to my left. I leaned on the counter to make my presence known, waited a moment, stepped back, shook my head and left. After going out of my way to stop there and already waiting in line, it just hit me the wrong way. I was irritated and walked out. Hopefully this was just a one-time customer service mistake.

  Most watery milkshakes I’ve had. I’m sure the ice cream is good but I’ve came twice and gotten two milkshakes that had the consistency of ice cream that’s sat in the sun for hours

  One of the best ice cream shops ever visited. Perfect balance of flavor and the consistency of the ice cream is great. All flavors taste different as they are named and some have a bite and some just melt in your mouth smoothly.

  Our family stopped in to try this ice cream shop. It sits off Harrodsburg Road behind the car wash. It was bight and airy with plenty of seats. The smores ice cream was amazing that actually tasted like the ice cream was the graham cracker flavor with actual mini marshmallows and chunks of chocolate pieces in it. My husband ordered the bourbon ball ice cream which had that hint of bourbon flavor with chocolate and it was sinfully delightful. Our sons ordered the Buckeye which was a darker chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and tasted like a hugh Reese cup. We enjoyed the ice cream and plan on visiting again.
