I think their website is terribly misleading and the two young women that were at the front counter/kiosk were both dismissive and condescending. Their attitudes alone made us decide to not even go in. I will never return.

We have a similar place where we live, but this one was so much better than we expected. The food area was clean and well stocked, and the staff did a great job keeping the serving line, tables, and dining area spotless. We also loved that there were big screens throughout the eating area, which made it fun to relax between games. The arcade had a great variety of games along with a few rides, so there was something for everyone. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and the attendants were friendly and quick to help whenever we needed to reload our game cards. If you're looking for a fun place to spend a few hours with family, friends, or even just to feel like a kid again, I'd definitely recommend checking out Gattitown!
