We are 100% fans of this as always and if you’re looking for a good local Fazoli‘s to go sit down in Lexington Kentucky definitely check this one out. It’s clean fast and friendly.

Somehow that is not what got ordered and I received 2 slices of pizza with no fettuccine. When I called and spoke to the manager and asked to return the pizza and switch it out for the alfredo, she said "no but I could charge you for another alfredo." I was in disbelief. I literally paid for fettuccine extras 🤦🏽♀️ It was clearly a mistake. I clearly meant to order fettuccine. And it would have been simple and easy to make it right. Instead I will never spend another dime at this location. I'm sure there's a reason that all of the fazolis except 2 have went out of business. I can see customer service is a big part of that.
