I ordered a mocha iced coffee and it was the worst coffee I’ve had, it tasted burnt and also a slight chemical/sanitizer taste to it. I wish I’d tried it before leaving so I could have returned it. Absolutely disgusting, will never buy from there again!

I have reported this but if someone is calling to verify if someone had worked there it’s because they have to no need for the unpleasantness.

This kind of service does not happen anymore. I am 42 and it reminded me of a time of service that is long gone. Thanks for restoring some hope, Janasia. Please give that girl a raise or make her a manager. In Jesus Name, Amen!

I ended up having to add nearly a whole cup of my own creamer just to make it drinkable. Dunkin consistently disappoints me, and it’s frustrating that their drinks never seem to hit the mark, no matter how I customize them. Was also watery with melted ice by the time I got it.
