- DSDaisy Scott5 days ago2.0been here maybe five times and have never had a donut that wasn’t stale
- OOOSep 24, 20261.0I asked a girl in the morning for two boxes of donuts, specifying all the donuts on the receipt since it was a DoorDash order. She just threw them all in the box carelessly, some of them were broken and the cream filling was mixed with another donut, which isn't good. She was also rude when she handed me the bag, practically throwing it onto the shelf where they put the products. I got angry and asked her why she acted that way, and she just said "Good morning" when I hadn't done anything to her. I didn't even speak when I showed her the order; she just told me to wait without even letting me talk. She treated me and the other customers in a rude way. It's awful that she's there; all she does is ruin everyone's mornings.
- SWSamantha WSep 1, 20261.0Very rude disrespectful staff the donuts were very stale and dry and hard. I pulled to the window to give them back and asked for fresh ones and they asked if I would want a refund and I said no I want fresh donuts so they gave me a whole box full and said this is the best we can do and they were very stale as well. Do not recommend. I will never go back.!
- MMMarioAug 24, 20262.0Got a large Original Blend with 4 Splenda, almond milk, and sugar-free vanilla flavoring. Took one sip and immediately could tell that none of it had been added. The coffee tasted completely black. It honestly felt like because this was a pickup order and I wasn’t there to watch or catch the mistake, there was less care taken to actually make the drink correctly. I can almost guarantee that if I had ordered in person and was standing there, this wouldn’t have happened.”
- MEMelanie EAug 18, 20261.0I have never had a stale donut at Dunkin, but this one had to be at least a day old. Didn't even eat it, it was so bad. Coffee didn't taste like they add the espresso shot either. Won't go back to Dunkin for awhile & definitely not that location!
