  I’m extremely disappointed with my order and the way this situation was handled. I specifically requested extra sauce with my order, and no sauce was included at all. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience worse was the complete lack of customer service when I attempted to resolve the issue. I spoke with staff and even a supervisor, and no one offered any type of resolution or seemed concerned about correcting the mistake. When I asked for corporate contact information, I was told the location is independently owned. That response alone showed me there is little accountability for how customers are treated. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and because of the poor service and lack of professionalism, I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

  Was in the mood for some pizza, this was close to my hotel. Called in my order. Which was taken by an AI, that was easy and pretty cool. Got there, it was empty, my heart dropped, thinking … this is going to be bad. Ordered the hot chicken sandwich and mariachi chicken pizza… to my surprise it was amazing!!!! We loved it. The guy behind the counter greeted me with a smile and was friendly. Definetly coming back next time we’re in town.

  First time visit to this location and I will definitely be back. Jackie’s customer service was GREAT!!!
