  Went through the drive-through to get a biscuit and gravy. The girl told me it was 4.23gave her a $20 bill. She proceeded to give me my money back and I noticed that she shorted me 5 dollars . I went in and told her that I needed refund and she told me she wasn’t allowed to give Refunds I asked who’s the manager she was like I’m the manager so she proceeded to say she was going to count her drawer and tell me that she didn’t show She shorted me five dollars, and I know that she did so she proceeded to have a bad attitude with those extra long finger nails and would not refund me my money, and some little boy came from behind the counter, trying to be rude to me, telling me to leave the store that place is dirty, very unprofessional and they stealing money from customers. I don’t think that the behaviors that both of them displayed shouldn’t be allowed also it’s a bad look for whoever owns the store and those workers shouldn’t be working with the public and she proceeded to talk about you. see how nice my car is I don’t have to take money from anyone well you did you took five dollars from me, I will not be returning to that store and I hope no one else goes there as well because they steal from customers

  Went here with my grandmother to get a sweet treat and we got three things, my grandmother ordered and banana split, they were super rushed and not taking their time at all. Needless to say it took more than ten minutes to get ice cream related things and when we got home the banana split did not even had the BANANAS in it, she was super dissatisfied and disappointed that she didn’t even want the banana split anymore so she called to request a refund only for them to have a no-return policy?!? We had the receipt and the banana split without the bananas so we went back there to get a replacement even though that is not what she wanted. This is the FOURTH time this has happened and I’m upset on my grandmothers behalf. Please do better.

  Bathrooms are disgusting and you have to repeat a simple ice cream cone order 5 times just to get 1 thing ordered. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. 1 employee had a very rude attitude

  I placed a mobile order for inside pickup and arrived at 8:55 PM to locked doors…while the lobby was still full. Called to ask what was going on and was told they lock the doors an hour before closing (??). When I asked how I was supposed to get my order without sitting in a 40-minute drive-thru line, the employee hung up on me. Called back and the line was conveniently “busy” the entire time. If you’re going to close your lobby early, maybe don’t let people select inside pickup and take their money. Pretty simple concept. Between the poor communication and even worse customer service, this was a complete waste of time. Do better.

  this location locks the lobby with people in there at any hour of the day for who knows what. And then they force you to go through the drive-thru, where they don’t take your order but every 5-10 minutes knowing the line is deep due to them locking the doors. I needed a cake and went at 6:00pm, multiple customers inside but the doors were locked so no one else could come in. This is the second time this has happened and it is so aggravating when the only option they leave is the drive-thru they service incredibly slow. How are you supposed to pick a cake through drive-thru? I’ve been to so many Dairy Queen’s throughout my life and have never encountered one that functioned at this low of a customer service rate.
