When asked for it they said sorry we’re out. If I’m going to chipotle I’m going to want guacamole. Very disappointing that they didn’t just make more…..

Customer service was excellent, I’d give it a 9 out of 10. The food, though, was disappointing. The meat had a nice char flavor, but some of it tasted a little gummy or gamey, and it was definitely under-seasoned. It seemed like the kitchen wasn’t following the recipe consistently. If they improve the food, this location could easily go from one of the weaker Chipotle locations to one of the best in Kentucky. The service and the store are already there, they just need to get the food up to the same level.

I eat here on my lunch 2 or 3 times a week, over the past month.. I thought maybe it was just a few bad days. But this is the way it's been every time. I will not come back to this store... the one in Georgetown ky was awesome.
