  This location has definitely done some improving based off previous reviews. Ordered online, food was ready within 10min. Bowls were packed and delicious! This location in my experience is blowing Leestown out if the water.

  The waiter was great!!! But the cashier didn't smile, and they forgot my sour cream. It needed to be cleaned, and people were waiting for tables to be seated. My Order was to go. Did not wait to be seated.

  Been to this place a few times. Usually pretty good and drive-thru staff usually friendly; however, my last visit didn't go well. Girl at drive-thru window was rude, condescending, and told me I didn't use the app correctly. I tried to explain to her that I hadn't used the app; but rather, used the website instead. The website does not give you an option to choose drive-thru. Two managers were there and saw what went down but didn't try to diffuse the situation. My food was "thrown" at me as well. My first time through there, one of the managers "threw" my food at me. Didn't leave me wanting to come back anytime soon.

  Absolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been to. When I pulled up to the window to get my order, she told me to go park because it wasn’t ready. I waited 10 minutes pulled around again and had to sit in line for another 20 minutes to get up to the window. Once I finally got my food, I got home and realized they gave me a bowl with NO MEAT and added beans and corn that I didn’t order.

  I ordered a bowl and it ended up looking more like cilantro lime soup than an actual bowl. There was barely any protein, which was frustrating especially since it cost me $18.
