  This bowl hasn't had a single bite taken out of it. Little to no cheese. Barely any lettuce. Half scoop of rice. I can count the pieces of chicken. I eat here on my lunch 2 or 3 times a week, over the past month.. I thought maybe it was just a few bad days. But this is the way it's been every time. I will not come back to this store... the one in Georgetown ky was awesome.

  Today was my last time there, used to be stellar. Buddy rationed out the rice and beans like we were eating MRE's in active duty combat. Cilantro lime soup like Rosbelly Rios's review says is pretty accurate. I will start cooking at home again or starve before I eat at this Chipotle again. Probably will weigh 5 pounds less in the morning due to the size of the lunch I had today. Last thing I need to do is lose any lbs. Stopped going to any other Chipotle location in Lexington, and started going to this one for the same reason. Guess I'll just have to cross chipotle off the list altogether.

  I love Chipotle however this store gives the smallest portions and the chips were super stale, so gross. No thank you!

  Terrible customer service the guy attending didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and he barely filled the spoon of cheese up I had to ask for a little more and he gave me more but then charged me for the extra when it wasn’t much. Also the mixed girl there needs to get her attitude checked it she’s going to work in food service she was incredibly rude huffing and puffing because she forgot to put my chips in a bag so she gave me a bag that had barely any chips. All I said was what about the chips because this location always forgets the chips every time I order. Then she walked away like I did something to her when she was the rude one it was crazy I thought I was getting pranked. Then no one wanted to attend me because I wanted to buy extra chips because she didn’t give me the correct amount and then I gave the manager a $5 bill and she flys out of the room she stormed off too and preceded to yell about how there is no change I’m like ok that’s not my fault so I dig in my purse for $3 instead which was inconvenient as it is. But yeah I’ve never witnessed that much rudeness before in a food establishment. And the manger watched it all happened without a sorry or nothing. And mind you I was not rude at all so idk why they were treating me that way.
