  Angelina was so kind to me , I was curious about something and she gave me the best answer possible! A young lady that is absolutely getting after it and making sure me and friends didn’t have to wait not one bit , just cashing us out so fluently while holding a strong conversation with the customers! Definitely coming back just so I can receive her amazing service!

  This location never has what you need. They are constantly running out of guac, fresh made meats, rice, I mean it is honestly shocking a franchise like this is almost NEVER stocked. Today we came in and they had no bowls. It’s a disappointment to not be able to go to a chipotle nearby just because you never know if they’ll have anything available.

  Worst experience once again. I accidentally ordered from this same location because I didn’t check the store address before placing my order, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. The tables were still dirty, the service was extremely slow, and the attitude from some of the staff was very disrespectful. The employees at the front and the people handling and packing the orders did not seem to care about customers or the amount of time people were waiting. What bothered me the most was seeing an employee shouting at a DoorDash driver and telling them, “You are not a customer.” That is completely disrespectful. Dashers are there to pick up orders for your customers, and they deserve to be treated professionally and respectfully too. There are already hundreds of one-star reviews about this location, yet it seems like management is not taking the complaints seriously. The same issues with cleanliness, slow service, poor organization, and customer service continue. I strongly recommend that management seriously review how this location is being operated, improve the hygiene and service standards, and provide better customer-service training. If necessary, bring in new staff or stronger management because the current experience is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location. It is a waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience.

  Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. They clearly did not care about customers waiting in the store or DoorDash orders. I stood there for about 25 minutes waiting while orders were not being prepared. If you don’t have enough staff to handle the orders, then please stop accepting additional orders instead of making customers and delivery drivers stand around wasting their time. I visited on Sunday around 6 PM, and the two employees preparing the food were laughing, chatting, and using their phones while customers were waiting. There seemed to be absolutely no urgency or respect for people’s time. The entire experience was extremely frustrating: poor service, poor staffing, a bad environment, and a complete lack of customer service. Management seriously needs to address the staffing and service issues at this location. If you cannot handle the volume of orders, don’t continue accepting them and leave customers waiting indefinitely. Zero stars from me. This is easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve visited, and I will not be coming back.
