  I wanted to get my food and I ordered steak with rice and black beans The rifle's almost empty so they only put a quarter of a scoop in my bowl and I asked for more rice and they just put a little bit more and then they only had three beans left and put that then put four piece of steak and I asked for more and they charged me double. Couldn't take off the price though they wanted me to pay $17 bucks for a tablespoon of rice three beans and eight little pieces of steak. This is ridiculous.

  Placed a curbside order on the app. Arrived for pick up and the window employee told me they ran out of an item for my order. I requested a refund. They told me they couldn’t process one for me because the order was done on the app. Was told I had to request a refund through the app. Manager gave me a business card and wrote my missing item on the card. If I walked away with that item without paying, that is theft. The fact they could not rectify my financies when not giving me what I paid for, is fraud/theft. Manager was kind, but the policy in place to rectify the issue is illegal. I shouldn’t be walking away from a transaction without product. Went on the app to fix the issue as directed. Wouldn’t give me an option to be refunded for the item I didn’t receive but paid for. Instead, it credited my chipotle account for that item for my next visit. Not aceptable! A refund should not come in a form of payment that requires me to only use that payment with your company. That isn’t a refund. Had to call a 1-800 number to finally get the issue resolved. Bad policy! You need to figure out how to refund electronic orders if you can’t provide what I already paid for. If it happens again, I’m going to file fraud with my bank! Terrible financial decisions in transaction policies here!

  This has to be the most poorly run chipotle in the country. Every single time I go they are out of at least one thing I want. Today they were out of both chicken and rice. There was one time where they were out of every single protein. The service is also very slow but I won’t fault the workers because of the terrible management. This location has caused me to completely lose faith in Chipotle as a whole.

  I ordered through the app and had a pickup time for 15 min later. When I got the location my food was not ready. They didn’t even have the steak on the grill that went in my bowl. I asked for a refund. They were not able to give me a refund. By this time the steak was off the grill so I got my food. I didn’t get my food until 50min after I ordered. While eating my food I noticed that not all the toppings were on it. I asked for them to add it and they told me they were out. In addition to my food order the restaurant was unclean. Food was still in the table from lunch that ended 2 hours ago. I had to clean off my own table. The trash was over flowing as well. They were very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and insincere. Do not go to this location. I would give this negative stars if I could. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserves it.
