  Asked for extra rice and got a quarter scoop. Skimped on literally everything, bowl looked like anemic compared to every other chipotle I’ve been to. Same thing happened to my buddy in line. Do better multi billion dollar company :/

  Employee, possibly the manager, could not have been more rude and dismissive. Showed up at 11 am on a Tuesday and there was a woman standing outside saying they were closed. Employees inside stared at us through the door but it was indeed locked. A woman came by at 11:05 and unlocked the door then walked away. Didn’t greet us. Didn’t apologize. She was rude to the lady who had been waiting outside for 15 minutes and also to myself. Didn’t ask what we would like just stared with an annoyed look. I get things happen and opening late can’t be avoided sometimes but the employee could’ve been at least a little bit professional about the whole thing

  I love to get the salad with the chicken and black beans and rice love the cilantro rice. But you cannot leave without getting their salad dressing and it's a great

  I’m a big fan of Chipotle, but this location consistently disappoints me. The food is never as fresh or as well-made as other Chipotle locations in town, and the customer service is even worse. I came in two days ago with a friend when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. No one greeted us. One employee stared at us from across the restaurant and ignored us, and another employee in the kitchen did the same. A girl eventually yelled, “I’ll be right with you” from the back, but when she came out, she didn’t even say “Hi” or ask what we wanted, she just stared at us with an annoyed expression. At this point, it’s obvious MANAGEMENT doesn’t prioritize customer service at this location. The rude employees and poor service have been an ongoing issue for months. I keep hoping it will improve, but it never does. Not to mention, the dining area is almost always dirty. If the tables and floors that customers see aren’t being kept clean, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

  This is my second time at this location. First time my entire salad was lettuce stock but I didn't complain. This time they left out my honey vinaigrette. I went back around and asked for it and I got a drop. Felt pretty disrespected like I was taking up her time and I was the problem. I’m a paying customer that ordered a salad. Therefore it automatically comes with dressing so I shouldn’t have to fight for my dressing. Utterly ridiculous. I will not come back to this location. You all need to get it together.
