And the manager had the audacity to ask if it’s okay that ‘some spilled in there’ and be shocked when told no. On top of that- no chips at all? The only bag was huge (not kids size) and old/stale. Still had to pay full price for all of this after waiting for fresh chicken to cook, didn’t even allow us to have a bigger drink as compensation. Super sucky (and replying with a link and what you hope to do yet fail at doesn’t help at all)

Showed up at 11 am on a Tuesday and there was a woman standing outside saying they were closed. Employees inside stared at us through the door but it was indeed locked. A woman came by at 11:05 and unlocked the door then walked away. Didn’t greet us. Didn’t apologize. She was rude to the lady who had been waiting outside for 15 minutes and also to myself. Didn’t ask what we would like just stared with an annoyed look. I get things happen and opening late can’t be avoided sometimes but the employee could’ve been at least a little bit professional about the whole thing
