  Tonight 8/17/26: On a large family order that was supposed to last us a couple of days, two of the $9.50 veggie bowls were missing beans, so we ended up with just rice and salsa. So we drove back to the store to let them know and thought it would be easy, but instead were berated by the cashier woman who claimed to be the manager. I don’t really understand why it was such a big deal to her, I think she was confusing a few of the items in our order, but she was adamant that we not be allowed to have beans. After multiple attempts to convince her I gave up and walked out in frustration, which is sad because we’ve probably spent more money at this store than any family. On the bright side, we need to cook at home and save money, so she did us a favor. Thank you mean manager woman. I will say that the man she said is also a manager is always much nicer, but she wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to explain the situation to him. She was so confident that we shouldn't be allowed to have beans. I finally just gave up.

  First time in this location, they were busy, but really efficient. Stuff was super nice!

  This was an exceptionally bad experience for a Chipotle. We were greeted by a prep line worker who seemed annoyed we hadn't ordered online. She informed us that they were almost out of white rice and it would be 20 minutes before the next batch was ready. Other ingredients like cheese were in short supply on the line and were added to our orders in miserly quantities. 4 of us in my family ordered burritos and none of them were labelled before being chucked into a bag leaving it to us to unwrap and figure out who's was who's at our tables after we had wiped them down ourselves, since none of the many empty tables had been cleaned (not counting the booth that the kitchen staff had basically taken over with their personal stuff). I think the lid was off the soda fountain ice hopper the entire time we were at the restaurant which seems like something that might not be safe from a health standpoint. My wife informed me the women's restroom was a mess; I avoided visiting the men's. I wish we had driven a couple of miles to get to a different Chipotle. If anyone in my family comes down with stomach trouble I'll revise this review down to a single star...

  First time here, food was delicious, portions generous, staff attentive. Was asked to wait a couple of minutes for fresh veggies which was worth it. Based on previous reviews, this location seems to be turning a corner.

  I went to this Chipotle to buy my kids their kids meals, and my wife and I the burritos. There was a blonde haired woman who was extremely frustrated taking my order. There was a man behind her that seemed to be playing games, making her more frustrated, not bringing up the chicken when she asked for it. The honey chicken was at the bottom of the pan, it was old and hardly any left. Since he wouldn’t bring the honey chicken to the front and instead wanted to play some kind of keep away game, we were stuck with her frustrated attitude. She took as much of the honey chicken from the bottom of the pan and split it between orders, making the portions tiny. She was rude, irritated, and when I said I need two more burritos, she was angry at making the order. She clearly did not want to make my order. Then, as soon as she was done, the black gentleman behind her who was playing games with her, brought the honey chicken to the front and the next person had fresh made chicken for their order. I looked at her in disbelief, she looked at me, and couldn’t have cared less. It was 60 dollars total, a complete ripoff. I have heard really bad things about this chipotle, so we will consider not going to chipotle in Lexington, instead going to the small owned Mexican location similar to chipotle in Winchester from now on. It was a mess and this place needs to train their employees and management obviously is not handling the issue. It has been said this is a routine problem at this chipotle, they hire sub standard employees and younger kids, from what I have been told.
