He was having to plate up the food for customers, then jump to the register… all while the other 4 were just cutting up ⬆️ n the back area or eating while prepping food. Line out the door and no one seems to have a sense of urgency.

I was on lunch break so couldn’t wait so I asked if they can get some from the online order station and he said they can’t take veggies from that station. Make that make sense to me please?! They could have given me the veggies and then added back the veggies to the online station when the new veggies get cooked in a few minutes. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! AND IDIOTIC RULE if that’s even a real rule.

ALL of the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels in either restroom, the floors were sticky, and the beverage area looked like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Very disappointing.

Every table was filthy and they had no forks, spoons, chips, or queso. Absolutely worst Chipotle I’ve been to.
