- AWAdam Wren3 days ago2.0I have been coming to this Chick Fil A for years, and until very recently, they were the best! But lately, I have had to go inside multiple times to get my Curbside order because they never bring it out to me. I've waited more than 10 minutes past the time the app says my order was completed, and when nobody ever brings it out, I have to go in to get it. The receipt confirms what my app told me—my order had been completed for over 10 minutes. There was even a time where my order was already sitting on the pickup shelf for carryout orders. When this happens, they are not extremely busy, either. I normally get there about 30 minutes prior to the lunch rush. If they were busy, I would not be writing this review because I would understand they were doing their best. But to have this same experience over 5 times in a row is not just an accident. It tends to be the same people working when I go in to get my order, so I don't know if they are just being lazy, or they are legitimately making the same mistakes. Anyway, if this continues, I think I'm going to take my business elsewhere because I know the kind of service I expect from this Chick Fil A, and this is not it. In the past, they exuded pure excellence, but now they are really slacking. I'm a Signature Status member, if that tells you how much I eat there. So, I would hate to go somewhere else, but I will if this continues.
