  We had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill thanks to our server Rachel. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Mgr Nef also checked on us and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Great service all around, they truly made our meal enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

  Our family LOVES this location! Misty was a phenomenal waitress and Nef (manager) was extremely kind. The food was fresh and the location is great!

  Abigail was a great! We had the BEST experience tonight! Our waitress was absolutely amazing — so sweet, attentive, and on top of everything even while busy. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us often, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great service like that really makes a night out even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us

  Highly recommend Katie, she was fantastic her service was great. And has a great personality. Very knowledgeable on menu and has great recommendations. I want to compliment the restaurant as a whole fellow staff members were great and Nef the manager was great. Will be back. And I appreciate Nef and Katie along with the kitchen staff accommodating certain Allergies within my party and making us feel safe. Great experience and can’t wait to go back.

  We dined here for lunch and everything about our visit was awful. We were greeted by the hostess who had her mouth full of food. Our waitress was very inattentive. She spent most of her time standing around with other waitresses talking. We were seated as far from the kitchen as you could be and she was so loud yelling that we could hear every word. There was a small child sitting at a table alone that the wait staff kept checking on. Not sure if this was an employee’s child that they brought to work with them. As we were about to eat, the hostess seated a man and his dog across from us. It was not a service dog. As the waitresses surrounded the puppy the owner explained it was 8 weeks old and he just got it yesterday. He sat the dog in the chair, on the table, and walked it across the restaurant, in which the wait staff pet it then went back to waiting tables. Our waitress then sat at the table with the child (close to the hostess podium) and other waitresses and yelled across the restaurant to the kitchen to order herself an Italian salad. The food was awful. We ordered the chicken parm and mezalluna. The chicken was beaten paper thin and the pasta was room temp and flavorless. We added the spices they bring for the bread to the dishes in an attempt to add some flavor. $50 for water, two entrees, and a very disappointing lunch service. Based on our dining experience, we do not recommend this restaurant and will not return.
