- KHKara HughesMay 5, 20261.0The lady that was working the desk seemed to have been the only one staffed for the day. A party of four came in before me and my three children. Then came in a party of three after us. The staff didn’t greet us or told us it may be a minute. She then proceeded to pick up the land line and slam it down on the charger. She then turned around and irritatedly said “I’m able to take who ever is ready” the party before us expressed we may go. My son then asked for one scoop of ice cream in a medium cup due to it always melting over the cup, onto his hands and clothing. She then grabbed the small cup instead of medium. I politely reminded her to please use the medium cup. She then threw the small cup on the counter and snatched the medium cup. She began to scoop the ice cream. She placed on scoop in the cup and began to scoop more I expressed to her that he only asked for one scoop. She ignored me and continued. I reminded her again. She then stopped and stared at me and told me rudely it was one scoop. I just wanted to clarify since she was already aggravated and got the cup size wrong. How stupid would it be for me to wait until she scooped two scoops and then I correct the issue? She was annoyed and continued. At that point I told my children and her we will be getting ice cream else where. She then throws the ice cream across the counter as we walk out. She then taunts as we’re walking out for us to have a great day. I wished her well genuinely because times are stressful and jobs are demanding. I told her life is too short to treat people and children in that manner that have nothing to do with what you’re feeling at the moment. She then told me I need to leave. In which I did. No need to argue further when I can simply go somewhere else. I however went to the Richmond rd location. She mentioned they ALWAYS get complaints from that location about poor/rude service. I later contacted the person who owns the locations and expressed my concerns.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
