  Lametria heavy set rude manager unclean hands peeling and bleeding like she has a condition hands uncover flaking with cracking skin peeling off may be a health condition not judging that but her hands should be covered handling food and her attitude was extremely nasty I ask for a refund didn't wanna mention why she was so rude I had to tell her it was because of her hands looking so nasty she took my money and attempted to make my food with the same hands no washing no gloves

  Ordered half pounder, received regular size, lemonade taste more like water than lemonade. Hair in fries. Bad service. It's remarkable just how often fast food joints get basic orders wrong. I think artificial intelligence will do a much better job taking an order accurately.

  Worst Arby's location I've ever been to! Would give 0 stars if possible. We waited at the drive thru window for 20+ minutes, they had to ask us what we ordered twice after we paid & still got our order wrong. We literally got two beef & cheddar meals, nothing difficult. The staff are extremely unprofessional & rude as well, they huffed and puffed at us every time they had to ask us what we had. When we finally got our food, the fries were stone cold (they only gave us one small fry when we should have had 2 medium fries with the meal) & the sandwiches looked VERY hastily thrown together, very gross looking, all cheese on one side, meat & bread very cold etc. We didn't have the time to go back after already waiting so long. Do not go to this location unless you go inside and hive time for them to remake your order, or risk wasting your money

  absolute horrible service, ladys working there are really mean and treat you like you’re asking for something that isn’t their job
