Totally normal visit. Reuniting with an old friend catching up on times we’ve missed. Ordered our drinks and stood by our cars to continue talking out of the way of business. After about 15 minutes an employee came out and asked us to leave with no explanation. Just confused as to why I’m getting kicked out of a PUBLIC place. With purchased drinks from their venue. I would understand if we were blocking business, rude and disrespectful but no. We were none of these things. Just chilling by our cars minding our own business. Speaking of business. This 7brew will no longer be getting mine.

Consistently the best and most organized 7 Brew location! The Harrodsburg Rd team is always quick, and my drinks are almost always made exactly right. Even on the rare occasion something is slightly off, it’s usually something as minor as a missing sweetness shot. I also really appreciate that drinks are made promptly, so the ice isn’t half melted and the drink watered down by the time it gets to you. Definitely my go-to location!

Consistency in product and service. The staff is young and energetic. They are tech savvy which is so helpful to me because I am in my '60s and am anything but tech savvy. The line moves quickly, which I appreciate because I am generally on my way to work. If I modify my drink different proportions of sweetness, it is always made to perfection. I'm a fan.

Service was great! The drinks were tasty! And we didn’t have to wait very long. There was no one particular thing it’s just more so the experience as a whole of getting a coffee or drink at 7 Brew is always so fun and light hearted and easy that it feels fun to get your drink here.

Went through last night and I was very satisfied with my entire experience! I had never been before, so Katy H helped me decide what to order, and it was great! She was so sweet and patient with me. I’ll definitely be back!
