  I always go to this 7 brew, and typically the employees always have a fun, bubbly personality Today, I went through with my friends and the first thing I stated when pulling up was we had THREE orders, 2 Mobile & 1 I needed to place. He automatically had an awful attitude, barely speaking to us. Once it was time to pay, he turned the iPad around, and when it was time to answer the tip portion of the checkout I clicked “ no tip” he loudly said “ figures” as I clicked it. Then proceeded to take my payment & turned around and walked away without saying a single word. Rude employee. His name was “Kaden” When we got to the doors to get our drinks, the girl there was super nice & patient.

  Horrible service every time I just left and the girl spilled my drink and try to hand it to me. Then I asked her to remake and all they did was put ice in . Horrible service each time its not the greatest 😢.

  By far the slowest and most unorganized 7 Brew location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and somehow the experience is consistently bad. The drinks are often so watered down that they taste like they’ve been sitting there with the ice melting long before they’re actually handed to you. I went back today against my better judgment. After waiting in line for quite a while, the line split into two lanes. The car directly in front of me went into the left lane, got their drink, and was completely gone while I sat in the right lane for another 15 minutes. When I finally got my drink, I made the mistake of pulling away before tasting it. It was completely watered down and honestly awful. I like 7 Brew, but I will go out of my way to avoid the Richmond Road location from now on. The wait, lack of organization, and consistently watered-down drinks just aren’t worth it.

  Went today to get the 7brew needoh and to get coffee before I work. There was a zipper merge happening where the lines had to form into one….very hectic. Very high stakes. I go to turn because it was my turn in said zipper merge….i look up and a car has almost hit me to squeeze past and get in front of me. Not proud of it but I flipped her off….she proceeds to cuss at me and tell me two cars had merged before me….i hadn’t seen that so my bad shawty. Then because she’s mad I told her to go ahead and pull up she sits with a cars length of space between her and the next car just so I can’t pull forward. I pull up and 2-3 workers all swarm the car in front of me. She’s their coworker. She starts absolutely trash talking me where I can hear her. Her coworkers start looking back and giving me dirty looks. Trust I understand but where I can hear you? Really? Jade….its not a very good look to do that both on or off the clock. Incredibly inappropriate especially now that everyone she’s told has looked my way to give me a dirty look. I understand customers are frustrating (I’ve worked in customer service) but talking about it where the customer can hear is just crazy. It was an annoying situation and I shouldn’t have flipped her off but I hadn’t seen the two cars cut in front of the car in front of her. All around lovely people but if I go back and Jade or the girls who glared at me are working I fear I’d just rather go somewhere else and skip having my favorite Maui mocha. That being said…..Shoutout to the lovely team lead who took my order and girl that helped me when I pulled up to get my drinks. Both had on the cutest outfits (loved the V.S. Pjs and the cute tropical pants) and were so sweet to me! Even after the coworker had bad mouthed me to the girl who handed me my drinks she was still sweet and nice. That’s true professionalism in my opinion. I didn’t catch either of their names but they were honestly the nicest people.

  I only stop here early in the morning around 545am. It always takes at least 10 minutes to get through the line. This place is so slow. I stopped going here because I just can't be stuck in line for 10+ minutes. This morning I left earlier than usual and got into the line as the 6th total car (3rd car in the second lane) at 537am and did not get my coffee until 552am. That is ridiculous. The first car in the 1st lane pulled away almost as soon as I got into the line. I was glad this time they actually took orders in the order cars arrived. My final straw to stop coming here before this trip was they would take the all the orders in one lane before taking them in the 2nd lane even if the 2nd lane had been there before the 1st lane. So at least this employee alternated orders in the order customers arrived. I think the solution would be more emoloyees since its like this every morning (I usually get coffee at the Dunkin across the street so I see the line every morning). It would probably feel safer to the employees to have more staff in the dark that early as the employees are usually young women.
