  Amber at 33 Staves is truly one of a kind. From the moment I walked in after a very long day, she was an absolute ray of sunshine. She is sweet, kind, hardworking, and so appreciative of every customer she serves. You can instantly tell she genuinely loves what she does. Watching her behind the bar, she looked so comfortable, confident, and knowledgeable — she absolutely knows her stuff. What stood out the most was how attentive she was to everyone around her. She makes people feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Meeting her for the first time, I immediately thought, “Wow, she’s an amazing person.” 33 Staves is lucky to have her because she is truly a keeper. People like Amber are what make places memorable, and I will absolutely be back because of her.

  ​I am writing this to express my profound concern regarding the professional conduct of this establishment's representatives. While I cannot speak to the dining experience, the safety standards demonstrated by the driver of a company vehicle (License Plate: P6N177) were unacceptable. ​Earlier today, this vehicle cut across traffic so aggressively that it nearly forced my wife and me off the road. When a business operates a branded vehicle, they are a rolling billboard for their company's values. If the reckless disregard for public safety shown on the road is any reflection of the care taken behind the scenes, it is highly concerning and totally checks out that their Google review is a meager 3.8⭐ ​I hope the management at 33 Staves addresses this matter with their staff immediately to ensure no other motorists are put in such a dangerous position. Public safety should be a priority for any reputable Lexington business.

  The Bar Tender, Amber, deserves a RAISE!!! She was so sweet, start to finish, always attentive to our needs, always checking in on us. This place is a BIG 5 stars!!! Love Amber!

  Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. The food was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The Tori's Photo Finish was a pineapple and strawberry infused vodka drink that we ladies loved while the guys had bourbon of course. The fish and chips was great and the burger seemed enough for two.

  Chef Melissa and the restaurant staff at 33 Staves are the most friendly group I have had the pleasure have meeting during my travels. The entire staff are very welcoming and enjoy good conversation with hotel guests. Yhe food is amazing!!! Amber who bartends is always witty and ready for some fun conversations. She understands her quests and is always ready with the next drink. Absolutely enjoy the entire staff at the Origin in Lexington!!!
