  I had to wait 15 minutes just to get up to the speaker. The truck a head of me pulled off. When I got to the speaker the lady said she couldnt hear me. When I tried to talk louder she said pull up to window. There's a car at the window. A girl came out and took my order. I accidently ordered sprite. Meant to order sprite zero. I tried to explain that to the girl at the window. She got mad said there were only 2 people taking orders and she didnt know what I ordered. I tried to explain she yells and says she couldnt hear me. I talked louder. She told me to leave because she was quitting. I waited to see if the girl that took my order would come back. She did and she got my sprite changed. I normally order on line But they gave me burnt onion rings again. I was getting those replaced so I had to go through the drive through. There was so much happening that was unnecessary. A paying customer shouldn't have to put through this. People on their lunch break can't wait. You are losing money at this location.

  I recently came here for lunch. The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and the food was genuinely good. It’s hard to get a good fast food meal anymore. Especially to have staff that possess quality customer service. Not to mention, the price was right!

  Skylar really cleaned the place up!! She works hard and efficiently!!! Love to see that she was added to the team. Keep rocking SONIC WORKERS SPECIFCALLY SKYLAR.

  I'm unsure who's working drinks, but whoever they are deserves a raise. I got the best Dr. Pepper today. It was a nice refresher to all the stress of trying to get around, as I am here in Leitchfield visiting family. So props to whoever that is!

  The young girls that took our order today were so kind, wish I had remembered their names. They came out to the car to take our large order since the lawn was being mowed and it was hard to hear on the speaker. They also did not even bat an eye at how much we ordered. Thanks for the speedy service today ladies!
