  When I asked I ordered an large frozen coke slushy and the i ordered a 5$ spicy mc chicken meal and she put the large drink with it without asking me and I told her I didn’t want that and she keep asking for the sauce before changing my order on the screen to look right for what I was wanting and she keep just saying I know and I know in a rude manner and when I got to the window I asked for the name they said it was Shakira. I asked for a manager and she came to the window she didn’t have a name tag on or anything and she said that she took my order and needed it done her way and that she couldn’t do it how i wanted it originally and that she needed to know my sauce first and refused to give me a normal receipt and said they can only give the one that goes on the bag at the drive through. I work in fast food myself and know this is not how you treat your customers and this happened at 12:21 Thursday may 14.

  They got my entire order wrong. My smoothie wasn't mixed and my food was cold. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

  I placed an order for table side service. It was not served. I had to ask for my order. It was sitting on the counter in a to-go bag. They took the cold food out of the bag and placed it on a tray, and then handed the tray to me.

  Never in last yr have i got my order without having to pull up n wait...leitchfield only..i travel for work and not 1 complaint anywhere but leitchfield..ive called mgmt 3 times it horable

  Went there to get food it was the worst by far, not only did they give us the wrong order we went back and the lady was very rude and hateful, and our food still was horrible it was cold like it has been sitting out for hours who ever working nights needs to not work there anymore.
