- AAAustin Amos3 days ago1.0I’m leaving this review because of how unprofessional the experience was tonight. I understand the lobby closes at 9, but I called about an hour before closing while customers were still inside eating, simply trying to purchase one birthday cupcake — an item that didn’t even need to be made fresh. The employee who answered was extremely rude, had an attitude the entire call, and hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. After that, nobody would answer the phone again. I’ve worked in the food industry myself, and I could never imagine treating a customer that way, especially over such a small and simple request. It wasn’t even about the cupcake at that point — it was the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disrespectful attitude. Very disappointing experience from Dairy Queen Grill & Chill.
