  Papa John’s farmed out the delivery to DoorDash. Then when our order had been picked up and “on the way” for over 30 minutes when we are 10 minutes from the store and the app tracker showed no movement of the driver, I called to check. I was told that the driver just picked up and was on the way. The notification of the order being picked up 30 minutes earlier was accompanied by a photo of our order boxes that the driver takes and uploads. So I wasn’t told the truth. So I wait for another half hour (~ hour total) and call back. This time I was told that “maybe the driver had another delivery”. So I ask if they can call the driver and I was told they have no way of doing that….. Ok, so you hand a paid food order to a non company employee and have no way to contact them? Really?!??!!! Over an hour after we placed a delivery order our food arrived luke warm. The DoorDash driver apologized and said “DoorDash sent me on another pickup/delivery”. Well, DoorDash drivers choose what jobs that want…. So twice we were misled on this simple “let’s order pizza tonight “ dinner. Granted, Papa Johns isn’t DoorDash, but by hiring them, they are responsible. Papa Johns says on their box “we over deliver”. You can never over deliver if you can’t control the delivery. Very disappointing and bad experience and “if” we order again…. We will cancel every order that they farm out to DoorDash because they have zero control and refuse responsibility after it leaves the store, and apparently….. can’t contact the delivery driver. Really?

  Another poor experience here. Ordered at 10:20 just a sandwich and some cheese sticks and instead of communicating with me and telling me they just weren't gonna do it they let the time run until the store closed and auto canceled my order, I could of got food in the time they wasted very bad service I would suggest ordering from Dominos as they are more consistent in our area.

  The manager, Patrick is the poorest excuse for a manager I’ve ever met. He has hung up on me twice for orders that are incorrect. Today, he told me “I don’t have time for disrespect.” And then hung up the phone. People like him don’t deserve to have a job and he needs to figure out how to treat people. What a horrible excuse for a manager.

  Won’t do business with people who have a pissy attitude and refuse to honor corporate deals. Nobody should give these people money.
