Emerson’s Bakery has been around since 1970, so we’re celebrating over 50 years of making the best sweet treats in Northern Kentucky! We have five locations to service your needs for cakes for every occasion, donuts, cookies, pastries, and more! We have two locations in Florence and locations in Erlanger, Independence, and Covington!
Each pie, birthday cake, a loaf of bread, and pastry in our bakery is made on-site in our five locations. From pie crusts to cake filling, we offer nothing better than the best for our valued customers to enjoy. We offer custom-made cakes for every special occasion. Don’t forget our tasty donuts!

It's been awhile since I've been here, but but it was always a place I looked forward to going to as a kid. I love that the front sign has been the same as far back. As I can remember it. It really takes me back to the past. The donuts have always been great, way better than anything Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons have ever put out for sale. If you're obese and/or diabetic, and you want to sneak a sweet treat behind your health-conscious spouse's back, then this is the place to be!

When she went to pick it up it had ugly orange roses on it. The older lady was very apologetic the cake decorator obviously doesn't take orders very well. We were very disappointed to pay for such a ugly cake. I hope emersons does something about this. We've always gotten our cakes their on 25. Always very good but this time was not good now my mother's 90 has a very ugly cake
- TKTaran KnippFeb 27, 20265.0They're absolutely amazing! I ordered four dozens of donuts over the phone a couple days ahead of time for my twins' birthday for both their first grade classes. I let them know we wanted an assortment for first graders, not nuts, and they definitely delivered! My girls were so excited. They made the assortment a very fun bunch of donuts that any first grader would love to pick from. It was our first time ever going and we will be back regularly! Such sweet, helpful, and thoughtful employees and soooo worth the money.
