- AMAlfred MooMay 12, 20263.0I go here 1-2 times a week. Clean and food is consistent, but this place manages to mess up orders easily 50% the time. Then they make matters worse by acting like I am trying to scam the food I ordered to begin with, launching into a ridiculous show of pulling up the order on the pos and going line by line litigating the whole thing. Its really insulting. Yeaterday I had to ask THREE times for my food while the cashier wanted to do root-cause-analysis, this AFTER showing my receipt. I half expected her to book me into a conference room and open up a Zoom call to corporate. There is something very wrong with their training, point-of-sale UX, or more likely both.
