  DRY. BURNT. EVERY TIME. Every single time I ordered on doordash, my wings would be burnt, dry, or just entirely missing sauce. WHY is it so much worse than eating it in person. Do your cooks think my meal dosent matter? So even though I love BWW, I haven't ordered in a year. Boo.

  We arrived at the place and it took a while for them to attend to us. When they finally did, they told us to sit wherever we wanted. After that, no one came over to us. We waited for 20 minutes and decided to leave because no one took our order or anything.

  visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location on February 4th around 5:15 pm with my children and my mother. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet our service was very slow. Our server rarely checked on us, and when she did, there were several issues. I ordered chicken strips and fries for both of my children, a burger and fries for my mom, and the Ultimate Sampler for myself. The Ultimate Sampler came out with incorrect items and sauces compared to what I selected. In addition, the server did not seem knowledgeable about the alcoholic beverages when I asked questions to help choose a drink, and I ended up with a drink I didn’t really care for. When the food arrived, one of my children’s meals was missing entirely. We had to wait a long time for my daughter’s food to come out, and by the time it did, the rest of us were nearly finished eating. To make matters worse, my food was cold when it arrived, which was surprising considering how long it took to come out. Toward the end of the meal, I tried multiple times to get the server’s attention so we could pay and ask for boxes, but she never came by. I eventually had to walk to the front of the restaurant to pay the check myself and request boxes. This was meant to be a simple night out with my kids and my mom, but the lack of attentiveness, incorrect food, delays, and overall service really took away from the experience. I was disappointed in the level of hospitality, especially given how quiet the restaurant was at the time.

  Food was decent after they got our orders correct. Service was polite and very slow. We had to find our waitress so we can pay. Never got refills on our drinks of tea and soda. Dirty tables left around us.
