  The guy working drive thru (possibly the manager) is one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever come across at a fast food restaurant. We love Arby’s but despise this location because of him. Someone really needs to get him out of there before he gets the place shut down.

  Pitiful service. Second time in two visits they got order wrong. First time they brought out item they left out while I was in parking lot. Today I ordered and when I got to window they handed me something different than what I ordered. When I said they failed and said it was the wrong order they said I failed and told me I was wrong. Never going back.

  Darnell and Scotty were so attentive and nice! They made sure that we had everything we needed when we dined inside the restaurant. I wish more restaurants had employees like them working in their establishments. Food was fresh and hot. We will be back to this Arby’s!!
