  I wanted to try the new pan pizza, it was a doughy mess,they couldn't even cut the slices of pizza all the way through, they probably need to keep it in the oven longer,I am very disappointed. I advise that you order something else.

  I order from this Papa John’s pretty often because I have a child at home and she loves Pizza and pizza is usually the easiest option for us when I get home late from work ~ so we order frequently, I almost always get the same delivery driver. Unfortunately, my experiences with him have been consistently negative. He is rude, shoves the pizza boxes toward my husband instead of handing them over politely, and never says thank you or even acknowledges us when we tip. He usually just mumbles something and walks away. After dealing with this every time we order, we stopped tipping—not out of spite, but because the service is always the same and never respectful. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, just basic courtesy. The food itself is fine, but the delivery experience really affects whether I want to keep ordering from this location.
