  This location gets a switch flipped late in the day. The breakfast crew does amazing and 9 times out of 10 has the drive thru moving very quick. If you're going through for dinner, it'll be a coin flip on your experience. Drive thru seemed to be moving good this evening, but after I got to the window everything came to a hault. After waiting 15 minutes to not get all of my order, the girl who brought out the food dropped another customer's bag while handing me mine. After screaming a curse word, she then said, ehh, I'm sure it's fine, and took it to the next car. I get the evening is mostly teenagers and they are probablyat their first job, but I have yet to see any management here that is able to provide leadership and keep them focused. They always seem well staffed, just not "well" staffed.

  Currently sitting in the play area with my 9 month old child. Staff are all so polite outside of management? I can hear a woman yelling at and degrading all of her employees, who are working and politely caring for customers. I dont want my child in an environment like that, I dont want to he in an environment like that, and I cant imagine the employees want to be in an environment like that. Finding good people to work for you is hard, and this one manager is making it harder. Will not be returning.

  All I wanted was a sugar free French vanilla iced coffee. I get to the window I see the lady with my eyes run out of syrup each squirt looked like a sneeze of flavor spattering out. She then turns around and ask for a new container of sugar free vanilla syrup and when I got the coffee it tasted like straight black coffee with creamer. So I nicely asked for it to be corrected and instead of oh I’m sorry let me fix that I was told I got the correct number of syrup no even addressing me sending a 14 year old back and forth to be the messenger who looked terrified.No wonder it’s ranked the worst McDonald’s in northern ky !!!!!’

  I've weighed it 20 minutes for my food. I never got it. The manager gets mad at me for saying something about my food. Taking too long. What the guy was trying to fight me in that store. That works at mcdonald's.I have it on camera if you wanted.Thank you so much

  Pulled in the drive thru tonight and was told, “we are not taking orders for 10 minutes” tonight. Is this even a thing! I have NEVER in the history of NEVER went through a drive thru and been told that they are purposely not taking orders for 10 minutes. Currently watching multiple people (up to 5 cars) pull out of the drive thru tonight with them giving that message. 5 workers standing around inside…Do better Independence.
