  I made a mobile order for breakfast because I knew I wouldn’t be there by 10:30. I get there and they tell me if I’m not there by 10:30 they refund all of it and send it back to my card. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I sat in line for 15 minutes before my order was taken. They messed my order up (didn’t put it on the screen also) pulled around and paid. Pulled up to the next window and the order was messed up. I told them and the lady at the window instantly had an attitude. I offered to pay for the missing items, she told me no that I will need to go around and wait in line again which is now 3x as long or come inside. Her exact words were “it’s not my fault the guy taking the order didn’t hear you” so I left to not make a scene due to my kids in the truck with me. I attempted to call the manager and let her know and she had an attitude as well. This is so trashy, for a sit down dinner price McDonalds needs to figure it out.

  I ordered a dou hamburger with xtra onion, they sent out a double burger with only ketchup and mustard. This was the second time this week this McDonald's jacked up my order. Last time the food was cold and it was 16 minutes to get my mobile order brought out to me !

  Huge shot out to Marlyn and Talisa for being awesome and caring. McDonald's ain't what it use to be i tell you that. NO SALADS, can't get sausage egg and cheese with bogo or $1 off, and now you got stuff on the windows can't even see the workers or see my drink being made. Sad... very disappointed in Ronald and the upper management. Smh. I will be back. To check what else you all will take away from us. How sad. Please do better and try to care for us
