After spending a few minutes placing my own order on their kiosk (because they can't be bothered with taking orders anymore) I pay with my debit card, then get told they don't have 1 of the flavors I ordered. So trying not to be complicated I asked them just to give me 2 scoops of the other flavor I'd ordered, and wouldn't you know it they were out of that flavor too. So after waiting ~10 minutes for them to process a refund I just walked out. Now I'll just have to contest the charge through my bank. Don't get me wrong, that would be a GREAT location for an ice cream shop, if someone would like to open one there. Been meaning to update this for awhile but kept forgetting. I will give credit where credit is due, after leaving my review and contacting baskin robbins corporate on their site I was contacted by someone at this local branch, I went back to the store and they made it right (and they were extremely nice and friendly on this visit, so maybe last time was a bad day that everyone has from time to time). Someone making an effort to fix something goes a long way so I'll gladly give this store another chance.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
