We have visited well over a dozen 7 Brew locations and have always had great experiences, which made our visit to the Hopkinsville, KY location especially disappointing. Sadly, this location was nowhere near the level of service we have come to expect from 7 Brew. The staff was unfriendly, there was very little customer interaction, and we waited 23 minutes for our drinks. When we finally reached the pickup window, there was no real greeting or apology for the wait—just a casual attitude and laughing it off. Whoever manages this location really needs to revisit customer-service training and bring the team back up to the standard and upbeat atmosphere that 7 Brew is known for. We love the brand, but this particular location was a major disappointment.

Will have to say worst experience at a 7brew. Sat in line over 20 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me and only 5 in the other lane. But yet the other lane keeps moving slow but moving!!

They made one of my drinks properly, but the other one was missing the cream in my drink. You’d think after waiting 30 minutes in a 10 car, two lane drive thru, the speed would’ve been better. Not sure if I just caught them on a short staffed day or what, but they also seemed very curt with me. 7Brew prides itself on making relationships with customers but I didn’t feel welcomed at all. Instead, I felt like I was disturbing them. Slowest, and most unkind 7brew I’ve been to. So unfortunate since I love 7brew and work nearby :((

Madisonville is on it always. Quick service with a smile. It's a whole vibe, the energy of the employees is contagious.

I've never been before-- I told the girl what I like and she suggested something that was very good! 😊
