- JFJason FiggMay 4, 20261.0My wife ordered dinner through the website at the Papa John's in Hodgenville, Kentucky at approximately 5:30 pm on Monday May 4th. At 6:45pm the delivery had not been made so she called the store fir which they said it had been handed over to door dash. So they said they could make us a new order or refund the money at and hour and half later so a reorder would probably have been another 45-60 minutes. She told them to refund but on their end they should have just remade the order too as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I called back to the store which the manager said refund already submitted and no courtesy offer for a pizza or anything. In order sometimes in business to keep customers and good standing you just have to do right even if it just a small token to make it right. Yes it maybe giving a pizza away but its keeping a customer by doing what they are paid to do..customer service. Yes sometimes it stinks but the door dash person did my family wrong as well as the Paoa John's store but doing doing right by the customer makes a bad situation a little better. I won't order from there again..until they get the customer service part corrected!

- RWRhonda WillisFeb 26, 20265.0I arrived when my order was ready and they told me they neglected to add pepperoni to my pizza. I had to wait a little longer but it was OK. I think they put pepperoni on there and just ran it halfway thru but that's ok. At least the order wasnt wrong and it was hot.
