- CCCupcakeMay 22, 20261.0Make sure you check your pick up orders! Paid $5 for bacon on 2 sandwiches and neither one got it. Contacted customer service and was advised the franchise owners would contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. Another time they forgot to put turkey on my sandwich. Not sure how you manage that one. Maybe some more training is needed or a double check before orders are completed. I run a commercial bakery and would be mortified if my products were given to the customer incorrectly. Will probably order food again in the future since my family loves JJs but definitely won’t be paying for the extras.
- ODoh yes she didMay 6, 20231.0Ordered two sandwiches, opened them and the bacon looked disgusting, hardly any lettuce, 3 small tomatoes, hardly any mayo. The other sandwich was the same, nothing like the pictures. Who wants to eat a big piece of bread with nothing on it?! I took them Back in and asked for a refund and they all looked at me confused. I’ve been to many other JJ’s and never had a bad experience. This place is a joke they need to be trained better at this location.
