  Make sure you check your pick up orders! Paid $5 for bacon on 2 sandwiches and neither one got it. Contacted customer service and was advised the franchise owners would contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. Another time they forgot to put turkey on my sandwich. Not sure how you manage that one. Maybe some more training is needed or a double check before orders are completed. I run a commercial bakery and would be mortified if my products were given to the customer incorrectly. Will probably order food again in the future since my family loves JJs but definitely won’t be paying for the extras.

  Feels like they short you on the meat, but service and atmosphere are awesome. Save area, great place overall.

  We frequent this location and it’s always good and always fast, very consistent and clean on the inside as well. Keep up the good work!

  I ordered pick up at this location and upon arrival I stood at the counter for a while before one of the two younger gentleman working there even acknowledged me. (They were not busy as they were just standing around talking.) When he finally acknowledged me I was met with a poor attitude. He stated “we are out of bread, we can’t make your order.” Then proceeded to point to the bread shelf that was empty. I asked will I be refunded which he replied sure. My phone number was on the order so they could’ve easily called me and told me they were out of bread instead of having me drive all the way there to pick up my order that was never made then treated rudely. I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this was horrible customer service and the guy was very disrespectful.
