  Ordered my food online , went to the little designated area to pick up online orders , waited 30 mins . Finally I decided to go to the counter and ask for my order the guy looks down at receipts tell the lady bagging up the food and apparently for some reason my food had been sitting for 30 mins behind the counter . My fries and whole meal was icey cold they didn’t offer to replace the ice cold meal or anything !!

  Stopped in and purchased a chicken pecan sandwich. After I paid for it , it was explained they had ran out of bread so it was made on rye bread. The rye bread presented dry and stale tasting. I decided to eat without the bread. The salad had 1/2 grape ,a few pecans and very little dressing. I fed it to the birds. Very disappointing. This use to be an excellent fast food restaurant.
